And what better way then the need for such a device which gives each of us that very ample opportunity to do just that individually for our own protection with such a meaningful devise that the folks at Ring have presented us with in there products that are far more superior and well delivered with care in its production of its products with utmost importance to deliver this product with the best intentions of presenting us all with the best possible product that I believe is of good sound construction and quality. With making it so at the most reasonable cost to the consumer. Which has been ever so put forth before us all. In this the Ring Doorbell and security camera and other ring products that have been rolled out with such care and thought for its consumer at the top of its concern in price and complete utter top of the line construction in its products.

In addition to a doorbell that you need at your front door, it is also a camera that can save your videos for months, it is resistant to the sun and water. It has night vision so you won't have to worry about your nights. The instructions for connecting to the Internet are well explained in the box, nothing complicated.

My mom has dementia and while she manages most days pretty well with this camera I can check on her quickly without having to run downstairs to her apartment every hour. I also use if I go out on errands and want to check on her. She uses the doorbell feature if she needs something as her phone is becoming hard for her to use due to vision challenges.

Really happy with this new Ring Battery Doorbell (2024 version)! The head-to-toe video is a big plus — I can see everything from a visitor’s face to packages on the ground. It makes me feel a lot more secure.

Setup was a breeze — didn’t need any tools or wiring. The battery charged quickly, and I had it up and running in about 20 minutes. The satin nickel finish looks really nice and gives my door a sleek, modern touch.

The video quality is sharp, even at night, and the two-way talk feature works great — super clear sound both ways. I like that I can adjust the motion settings to avoid alerts from cars driving by, which helps cut down on unnecessary notifications.

This is the third for us to buy and I love them. Its a great way to keep the house secure but also see the comings and goings, see packages, and communicate from your phone. Its easy to install, has great and reliable quality, nice night vision up close and functions as expected. Would highly recommend but know you have to have an annual agreement.

UPDATE: Ring customer support reached out after this review and sent out a replacement device after checking it and finding it faulty. Very friendly customer service, very pleased with their response to my review. Good to find a company that stands by their products. I am changing to a four star review because of it.

We have numerous ring devices that we haven’t had any issues with, but this one is a different story. Have had nothing but problems. It is on a charger, but the battery goes dead very frequently because it quits charging. The battery last a fraction of what my other cameras do. It loses connection frequently, even though there is ample WiFi available. And then there are the days the picture turns very strange colors. Had I bought this one first I would’ve never bought another, but all my other devices have worked flawlessly. That is the reason I gave it two stars rather than one.
